Set in the Kent countryside is the world-renowned 'Institute of Correction', where founder, Dr Brenner, is known for his controversial 'hands on' approach to dealing with difficult cases. One patient, Miss Phillipa Thompson, is a young lady traumatized during her adolescent years by the sight of her best friend, Rachel, being soundly spanked and beaten by her father.
