Amendments

Prices
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out in the web site. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items incloudes the delivery charge. Availability
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a refund / alternative product.

Acceptance
There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us, and you will be charged for the goods.
Order status may be checked daily on the Gladtimes.com website. For pre-release orders, please check nearer the expected release date in case it has changed, especially if required as a gift.
Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.
Delivery Address
It is your sole discression to confirm that the address shown for delivery is correct. Gladimtes will accept no responsibility for items sent to incorrect addresses.
Please note that we deliver products worldwide but there may be a postal surcharge depending upon your location. If such a postage charge is to be levied, you will be informed about it before any payment has been taken. All UK deliveries are by Royal Mail.
We do our utmost to secure delivery within 30 days of the date of your order (with the exception of items that have not been released yet) but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
Payment
You can pay by any American Express, Mastercard or Visa credit card, Switch or Delta debit card. We do not currently accept Visa Electron cards. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. An item will not be dispatched until successful payment has been taken.
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.
We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, for example, 3.0 version or higher of Explorer and versions 3.02 or higher of Netscape. This means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection.
Limitations
