How much will I earn?
You can earn 20% commision (for films) on a sale. You do not earn commission on carriage or insurance. Your fees are calculated on items that have left our warehouse and have been shipped minus any items that have been refunded.

When do you pay out?
The programme is run on a rolling monthly basis, payments must be at least 30 days old in order to comply with visa & mastercard chargeback restrictions, we payout within 21 days of the end of each month.....(Please see terms and conditions).

What is the minimum commission before you pay out?
You have to earn £50 before it can be paid out. If the commission is lower than this it is carried over to the following month.

What if I’m a VAT registered company?
If you are VAT registered you will have to send us a VAT invoice before we can pay out your commission.

Can I register more that once?
Yes, you will have to create separate accounts with different email addresses but you can register as many times as you like.

How do I create a link?
We have multiple linking options. Please have a look at the Links page for details.

Can I put the links in an email?
You may only send solicited email to people that have specifically requested it and only then with a removal option. These emails may contain your partner links. We do not condone the use of spam and complaints may lead to your account being suspended. Please be careful.

Do you link to partners from your site?
No, we currently have many partner sites that link to us but we do not link out from the Gladtimes site.

Will you tell me which of my referred customers has bought from you?
We do not provide personal information about customers to anyone. We will disclose the time of referal to you.

What is the difference between ordered and billed products?
Ordered includes all orders made by the customers referred from your site, including pre-orders, orders that have been declined or cancelled, orders waiting for dispatch. Billed only reflects those items that have been paid for and sent to a customer. Your referral fees will be paid as a percentage of the total billed rather than ordered products each month.

How will I get Paid?
We can pay you either by Paypal, cheque or bank transfer (Please see terms and conditions).

Why do some of the links no longer work?
If you link to specific products or brands that go out of stock then these links will link to a page that tells the customer this. The customer is free to then shop around the site and make other purchases (for which you will still receive referral fees).

Can I have multiple web sites linking to you?
Yes, all the referral information will be treated as coming from one account. If you would like to register separate accounts then you will have register them individually.
